The CFT offers a variety of self-help groups, run by compassionate people who are also dealing with the challenges their group represents.
Some groups meet in person, others meet online. Contact us to learn more and to apply to join.

The first run of the Art Therapy program was held at IBH - located at South Main St. Akron, OH.
This program is currently being ran at other inpatient locations in the Akron area, and an online program is now in the works!
Some of our self-help groups are currently held over Zoom and some are in person. Email us if you are interested at contact@centrefortransformation.org.
The Art Therapy program will runs weekly for 6 weeks per session and is currently run on an inpatient basis.

Art Therapy for Loss and Grief does not yet have a starting date.

The CFT wishes to help create a space for the awakening of humanity.
Art therapy is an incredible tool in recovery for people dealing with addictions.
Self-help groups provide people a place to meet with others who are learning through similar events and situations in their lives.
The Art Therapy for Addictions course is $165, includes all materials and supplies for 6 weekly 2-hour classes.
The Art Therapy for Loss and Grief course will be $150 for six classes, $50 for supplies. Students will bring their own yoga mat or buy one for $20. 6 weekly 2-hour classes.
The self-help groups are currently run by donations per group session.
The art therapy programs are facilitated by an Art Therapist, whose offering of this is passionate due to the loss of her son through substance abuse.
